We’re Madisen and Gavin, a husband & wife wedding team based in the midwest offering a fully cohesive & intentional photo and video experience. Documenting your memories on a mix of digital and film.
Our intention behind the photo and video experience we create for you, is to take a documentary forward approach woven with intentionality and artistic viewpoint to create a seamless collection of art and intimacy to hold your memories. Allowing you and your families to truly experience your celebration first and foremost.
For the past 7 years, I (Madisen) have been filming weddings, growing our business, and striving to capture more than just the big moments of people's lives, but the whole feeling, vibe, and authenticity that goes along with it.
While I have been filming full time almost all of the past 7 years (so wildly honored for this), Gavin has been the constant behind it all— second shooting for me, being my tech guy (haha), and traveling around the world alongside me for the most intentional celebrations. And now, we are so incredibly excited to be taking this on fully together!
Ever since I started creating wedding films, I knew there was something missing in the way our industry was telling wedding day stories— a natural, authentic way of documenting moments that are actually happening. Not staged, or forced.
— I fell in love with love seeing a moment unfold candidly in front of me and capturing it in an artistic way that told the story realistically while weaving in my artistic eye to also create long lasting art.
Since then, I have strived to let my couples live their day honestly.

Our approach to documenting your wedding day is all about letting you live your day honestly— no staged or overly posed shots, no interruptions to the moments.
To me, creating a film is much more about the entire experience.
I want to capture moments that represent who you are and make something that is entirely unique. Those small moments and fleeting details of your own life— the way your hand slides down your partners back or even the smile your grandma gives you from across the room, each moment works hand-in-hand to tell your story.
Our goal is to capture honest and true connection -- the way you want your love to be remembered.
We take a step back, giving you space to experience your day first rather than running through a list of photos. Waiting and watch for emotion of every kind, popping up at just the right time to capture the moment. When you watch your videos and look through your gallery, you will be taken back to your own REAL memories. Not fabricated “fake laughs” or staged moments of a camera in your face.
Our style has evolved into a documentary forward/candid approach with artistic intention woven in.
My goal is to create a space that is authentic and by the end of it all, I want to feel like we have been best friends for years. This way we can create a gallery that is a perfect reflection of the two of you and your day along with all of the emotions.
